WELLNESS CONSULTATION

Arrowview Animal Hospital offers Wellness Consultations. A wellness consult will help to diagnose both large and small ailments in pets, just like when you go in for a physical with your doctor. Of course, small ailments can turn into bigger issues over time–that’s why we recommend your pet has a wellness consult once a year. We inspect every aspect of your pet’s health while providing experienced care that makes him or her as relaxed as possible. 

PRIORITY TREATMENT

Although our appointments come first, some cases may be seen in the order of medical priority rather than an appointment time or in the order of their arrival to the hospital. We hope you will understand the need for a priority system. Please be assured that each patient will receive individualized professional attention, as the health and the well-being of our patients is our number one priority. 

SURGICAL SERVICES 
All surgical appointments require a $20 deposit at the time of scheduling. Unless specified differently during consultation.
The $20 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE if you fail to show up with your pet or cancel the appointment less than 2 days (48 hours) before the appointment date. The deposit will be left as a credit on your account if cancelled appropriately.
If using a voucher to help cover the cost of surgical treatment, your deposit is still NONREFUNDABLE as it will be taken out of the voucher amount coverage.

From spays and neuters to some soft tissue procedures, we have an expert qualified to perform your surgical needs.

Surgery exam, injections needed for surgery, pain medication to go home, e-collar, and updated vaccines. If your pet is in heat, pregnant, or cryptorchid,   charges are subject to change. If your pet is eight years or older you will need to set up a doctor’s appointment before setting up your pet's surgery appointment, and charges are subject to change. We require pets to be up to date on vaccines, if your pet has received them elsewhere bring in your pets records beforehand, or the morning of the surgery. Otherwise, your pet will be given vaccines the day of the surgery.  Please note that our package fees remain the same even if some services are NOT utilized. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to offer quality services and adjust our pricing to meet operational needs.

Requerimos que su mascota este con su vacunas al dia a la fecha de la cirugia y si su mascota las ha recibido en otro lugar traiga los registros de vacunas la mañana de la cirugia, de lo contrario su mascota recibira las vacunas ese mismo dia.  Tenga en cuenta que las tarifas de nuestros paquetes siguen siendo las mismas incluso si algunos servicios no se utilizan. DENTAL SERVICES

Regular professional dental cleaning is essential not only to the health of your pet’s teeth, but also to their overall health. Arrowview Animal Hospital uses safe and modern ultrasound to thoroughly clean each tooth above and below the gum line. Getting below the gum line prevents periodontal disease, which can ultimately lead to bone loss. This extensive cleaning is performed with your pet under general anesthesia to ensure a very thorough cleaning that will keep your pet’s liver, kidney, and heart healthy. After cleaning, our dental technicians give a final polishing to the teeth to combat future plaque buildup. 

LABORATORY AND RADIOLOGY SERVICES

Our hospital laboratory is capable of running complete blood panels whenever needed, which allows for a quick diagnosis and effective treatment. In circumstances when outside information is needed for a more accurate diagnosis, we have a reference lab come to pick up blood and tissue samples every night. This gives us access to the expertise of board certified specialists in all areas of medicine, making way for the best diagnosis and treatment options for your pet. 

Our digital x-ray technology allows our doctors to see the results of an x-ray and make a diagnosis quickly. That way you and your pet don’t have to wait for long periods of time. In addition, if specialty work is needed, digital copies of x-rays can be made to take home.

Arrowview Animal Hospital carries Purina and Hill's Science Diet pet products, both known as one of the most trusted brands in the industry. Therefore, you can conveniently grab high-quality pet products before leaving the office. 

IN HOUSE PHARMACY

Arrowview Animal Hospital wants your pet to go home with the medicine he or she needs to heal, which is why we stock a wide range of the quality drugs the animal healthcare field has to offer. In most cases, we are able to send you and your pet home with the needed medications at the time of diagnosis. Depending on requested drug and if not in stock a written prescription can be provided.  

EUTHANASIA SERVICES PROVIDED

In the very difficult process of saying goodbye to a pet, we understand that you want to see your beloved friend go as painlessly and humanely as possible. The comfortable environment at our hospital ensures the final moments with your companion are very peaceful.
